Sanjiv Kumar is a Masters in Planning with specialisation in Environment from School of Planning & Architecture New Delhi and Post Graduate from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University with specialisation in Geography. He is having more than 16 years of work experience in the field of Environmental Infrastructure, Environmental Planning, Pollution Control and Conservation of Resources. He is specialized in Infrastructure (Planning & Development), PPP and Environmental Planning & Management,Solid & Liquid Waste Management.
He is presently holding the position of AVP in India’s largest Environmental Infrastructure Company, RamkyEnviro Engineers Limited, heading the business Development and Corporate Relations for the company. He has been associated with Ramky for the last 10 years. Previously was working as Assistant Environmental Planner in Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) in Delhi for 6 years.
Major Projects to his credits are establishment, execution and operation of India’s largest Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Management Project comprising of Door step collection, secondary collection and Transportation, processing and disposal of MSW in Delhi with North Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The project is on BOOT basis for 20 years with present investment of Rs 500 crores approximately.
